Studio XO 34 treats the delivery of your acquisition as an extension of our luxury experience. Whether it is a bespoke suit or a curated global label, we partner exclusively with premium logistics providers to ensure your order arrives safely, timely, and in pristine condition.

Curated Global Labels: As these items are ready-to-wear, we aim to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Bespoke Excellence: Custom tailoring is an art form that requires time. The production timeline for bespoke commissions typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and fabric availability. You will receive updates at key milestones during the crafting process.

Domestic: We are pleased to offer complimentary express shipping on all domestic orders above a stipulated value. For orders below this threshold, a flat premium shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

International: We ship globally. International shipping rates vary by destination and package weight. Please note that international timelines are subject to customs clearance procedures which are beyond our control.

For international orders, Studio XO 34 operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in our checkout price and must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.

Every shipment leaving our atelier is fully insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the journey of your package until it reaches your doorstep.
