At Studio XO 34, we distinguish between our two pillars: "Bespoke Excellence" (custom-made) and "Curated Global Labels" (ready-to-wear). Due to the distinct nature of these offerings, our return policies differ to reflect the level of personalization involved in your acquisition.
Bespoke Commissions
No Returns or Refunds: Custom-tailored suits are cut, stitched, and finished exclusively to your unique measurements and specifications. Consequently, these items are ineligible for return or refund once the fabric has been cut.
Alterations Commitment: We stand by our fit. If your garment requires adjustment upon delivery, we offer a complimentary alteration service within 15 days of receipt, provided the adjustments do not deviate from the original design specifications.
Curated Global Labels
For our ready-to-wear collection sourced from international outlets, we accept returns under the following strict conditions:
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. They must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and luxury packaging intact.
Refund Process: Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defects & Damages
Studio XO 34 adheres to a rigorous quality control protocol. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item (whether bespoke or curated), please contact our concierge team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an immediate replacement or a full refund, including all shipping charges, once the defect is verified.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return or alteration request, please do not ship items back without prior confirmation. Contact our support team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific shipping instructions to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
